
SELLING PROCESS
The firm works closely with Sellers throughout the selling process to ensure that the Seller is well represented and that all aspects of the transaction are thoroughly explained and understood. These steps include:
- Initial consultation with Seller
- Direct contact with Seller and real estate agent to review the Offer to Purchase
- Draft and negotiate Purchase and Sale Agreement to protect Seller's interest
- Communicate directly with Buyer's attorney on Seller's behalf
- Explain all aspects of Purchase and Sale Agreement to Seller
- Draft Deed, Power of Attorney, and Homestead Affidavit
- Prior to closing, review Closing Disclosure/Settlement Statement with Seller
- Sign Seller closing documents under Power of Attorney at time of closing
