ATTORNEY PROFILE
Heidi P. Benson graduated from Suffolk University Law School in 1997 and received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Clark University in 1993. She specializes in residential real estate law throughout Massachusetts.
Prior to establishing her own firm, she was an Associate with Lamb and Browne, P.C. in Holliston, where she specialized in residential real estate law. Ms. Benson practiced as an attorney with Barr & Cole in Newton, where she represented Lenders, Buyers and Sellers. Formerly, Ms. Benson worked with three sole practitioners in Boston whose practices concentrated in litigation and estate planning.
Prior to practicing law, Ms. Benson worked for the Massachusetts Office of Dispute Resolution in Boston. She was also associated with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom in Washington, D.C. where she worked with the White Collar Crime Division.
Ms. Benson is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and Massachusetts Conveyancers Association. She is active with the Holliston Chapter of Business Networking International (BNI), the Women's Success Network, and the Network of Enterprising Women.
