  • Draft and negotiate Purchase and Sale Agreement to protect Seller's interest
  • Communicate directly with Buyer's attorney on Seller's behalf
  • Explain all aspects of Purchase and Sale Agreement to Seller
  • Draft Deed conveying property from Seller to Buyer
  • Resolve outstanding title defects affecting property
  • Prior to closing, review Settlement Statement with Seller
  • Attend closing with Seller or on Seller's behalf and explain all documents to Seller
